Criminal defense options may help Utah man address charges

Reports stated that the man was allegedly involved in a violent incident in his home. Apparently, the man’s mother called the police due to a family disturbance, and when officers arrived at the scene, they found that the mother had suffered serious injuries and the man’s stepfather had suffered fatal stab wounds.
The man was located in the backyard of the home, and it was suspected that he assaulted his mother and stepfather. As a result, police attempted to take him into custody, but he purportedly resisted arrest. After officers subdued him, he was arrested and is currently facing charges for murder, domestic violence, resisting arrest and other allegations.
