Woman may determine best criminal defense route after Utah arrest

Because each criminal case comes with its own set of conditions, each individual facing such a predicament may want to determine which legal path may be right for him or her. One woman in Utah may be considering her options after recently being taken into custody.

Reports stated that the 27-year-old woman was a “transient” and that she had purportedly burglarized a business and a vehicle. She is accused of having stolen a cell phone and food items from the business, and she is also accused of having taken credit cards, cash, and other items from a vehicle. It was unclear what caused the woman to be suspected, but police located her and placed her under arrest.

Reportedly, the woman had two outstanding felony warrants, and as a result, an officer placed her in handcuffs before searching her. She allegedly had three credit cards on her person, and the officer purportedly found items in her purse belonging to the owner of the burgarlized vehicle. Heroin was also allegedly found on her person. As a result, she is currently facing multiple felony and misdemeanor charges.

The case could potentially be complicated by the numerous charges and the variety of the allegations leveled against her.
