Utah student charged for drug crimes, sexual battery

Being accused of a crime can be the beginning of a sometimes long legal process. While investigating, it was reportedly discovered that student paid the woman for sex.

The woman stated that after the initial act, the student reportedly came back to the hotel and sexually assaulted her after they smoked marijuana. As a result, the student was charged with felony distribution of a controlled substances and sexual battery. He had previously received a citation for soliciting a prostitute after the initial investigation.
